About Faceplugin

Faceplugin is an identity verification solution that combines face recognition, liveness detection, and ID document recognition into a single platform. It is designed to support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance workflows, making it suitable for industries that require secure user onboarding and fraud prevention. The tool provides SDKs for mobile, on-premise, and server environments, allowing integration across different deployment architectures.

Primarily focused on biometric authentication and eKYC processes, Faceplugin addresses fraud detection through a multi-layered approach. Its liveness detection capabilities help distinguish real users from spoofing attempts, while ID document recognition extracts and validates information from various identity documents. By covering both face-based and document-based verification, the solution aims to reduce manual review time and enhance the accuracy of identity checks. The tool is categorized under data analysis and conversion, reflecting its role in transforming raw identity data into verified user profiles.
